Convert photos and graphics between JPEG, PNG, and WebP in seconds with live preview and quality control. Runs 100% client-side with zero server uploads.

    Change an image’s format

Choose up to 10 still JPEG, PNG or WebP files and select your output format. JPEG and WebP use the quality setting. PNG re-encodes the decoded pixels losslessly; it does not have a lossy quality slider or a guaranteed size reduction.

    Which format should I use?

PNG is useful for sharp artwork and transparency. JPEG suits opaque photos; transparent areas use your chosen background. WebP supports photo compression and transparency where the browser’s encoder supports it. Unsupported encoders fail visibly rather than returning a PNG disguised as another format.

Can I convert a PNG into vector paths?

Use PNG to SVG for editable vector tracing. This converter produces raster images and does not restore editable layers or text.

    What is preserved?

Decoded dimensions and orientation are preserved, with no automatic resizing. Browser color handling can change pixel values/profiles. Re-encoded outputs omit metadata. PNG/WebP transparency is retained as supported by the encoder; JPEG requires flattening. Keep your original if metadata or color fidelity is essential.

    Formats and privacy

SVG, GIF, HEIC, AVIF and animated PNG/WebP inputs are not supported. Validation and encoding run in your browser. Files are not uploaded, stored in localStorage or sent to analytics.
