A% of B = A × B ÷ 100. A as % of B = A ÷ B × 100; B must not be zero. Change from A to B = (B − A) ÷ |A| × 100; change from zero is undefined. Using |A| means movement toward a greater value is a positive change even with a negative starting value. Results use floating-point arithmetic and display up to eight decimal places.
