Why is in-browser document scanning safer?

Most online scanning apps require you to upload your sensitive contracts, IDs, medical bills, or tax returns to their cloud servers. Millebits processes your camera frames and images entirely within your browser's memory using WebAssembly and Canvas. Zero bytes leave your device.

What camera resolution is supported?

The scanner automatically requests your camera's highest full HD / 1080p stream for razor-sharp text clarity.
